SmartSnap is huge. It allows you to look at a prop and a grid will show up (if you're close enough) and you can hold E to snap to a point on the grid.
This is great when you want to be precise as it helps keep accuracy and making your contraptions look neat, organized, and professional. Basically, put a Superman cape on all the Easy Tools and you have this thing. Not only is it extremely useful, but it has additional constraints and angle snapping (so no more frustration from failure to actually get right angles). This is beautiful. Really great. It's not like Multi NoCollide, which sometimes forgets to take the color off of selected props. It's not like Smart Weld which can sometimes be abused and select other people's props.
