There's nothing wrong with the version you're playing. The 18+ version is the original.
The 'all-ages' version, which when it was originally only in Japan was the PSP/Vita port, removes all of the H-scenes. To make up for the removed scenes, they added a few extra CGs. This way, the people playing the all-ages version weren't playing a shorter game.I'm assuming you're referring to the image of Yuuji slamming the tacky Hawaiian shirt purse-snatcher to the ground in the first scene.

In the all-ages version, this is the first CG. In the 18+ version, no characters' faces are even seen until the appearance of Chizuru Tachibana, and the first CG is of her and Yuuji at the front gate of the school.
