I've decided to assemble a list of Fallout 4's graphical enhancing mods for the community's benefit, aimed at those looking for the most visually pleasing Commonwealth experience. As such, no mods included in the graphics portion of this list will affect the vanilla gameplay.
Though at the bottom of the page I’ve included numerous mods that can alter your gameplay experience.The goal of this list is to provide a selection of non-overlapping mods that can be installed to increase the graphical fidelity of a vanilla play through. Thus the ENB preset I chose to include focuses mainly on graphical quality rather than performance, but it can be substituted with a number of presets available on the Nexus. I've used my personal discretion while selecting choices for similar/overlapping mods, so if I've left out a mod it means that a hopefully acceptable substitute has been chosen instead.As frequent player of all Fallout games, with over 1000+ hours in Fallout 3 alone, I can relate to the initial struggle and countless hours lost while attempting to install mods. Just so you know, you could probably build a pc like the op's for about $600-700. Then connect it to your tv and use your ps4 controller to play.Obviously, that might be out of your budget as it is a bit pricey but if you pay for psn you could end up saving money in the long run.

I got fallout that way on release for $45, plus $24 for the season pass.And building the pc is a cinch. If you can put a Lego model together, you can put a pc together.Finally, sorry if that was unwelcome information. I'm not trying to be a pc elitist or anything, just giving you some info. It's a change in 1.5 - which happened to add survival, but that's not why. Sony and MS absolutely will not allow trophies / achievements to be obtainable with mods on, because both platforms use achievements as currency ('Get X number of achieves in Y minutes or hours' will give you online store credit, stuff like that). It's inevitable that some consolers would immediately use mods to exploit this.
I'm actually kind of impressed this was thought of beforehand, instead of becoming a panic attack for them.I don't know why they bothered disabling them for the PC version. It's not like the three platforms get the same code anyway. But PC players can easily install a mod like that one and ignore the whole silly issue. Most Steam achievements are pointless anyway. (You did a quest it's basically impossible to fail!
