On occasion, when you open your After Effects projects you may be greeted with a scene that looks like this. Anytime you see color bars in place of graphic elements, After Effects has lost the link connecting the original footage to the After Effects project. This is easy enough to fix. If you look in your Project panel. You can click in the search field and start typing the word missing. Notice once we start typing missing, you can search for missing fonts, effects, or even footage.Now After Effects is pretty smart.

You can then Control Click or right-click on the file, and choose Replace footage and choose File, now we can navigate to the Exercise Files folder.
