Ha, if saying you'll propose is proposing, my boyfriend has proposed to me over a hundred times. Sungjoon's speech is a very 'I'll prove my worth to you, I'll be successful in what I came to do, and I'll win your hand' move. I guess it's at least more exciting than 'I'll get my job at Samsung, buy a house and a car, please marry me'.I'm actually a fan of couples getting together earlier in the drama rather than later, (because! The cute!) but this drama fell a bit flat on all the revelations.

The build up was more climactic than the actually finding out: both in terms of the surprise here, and finding who the real Hyejin was. Some of the beats have been very charming though, and I surprisingly loved the side storyline of our laundry couple.Hmm. Legit interested to see how they're going to carry out the next two episodes. Thanks for the recap! Oh wow recap already? Thanks girlfriday. I agree there's not much of a plot left, but I wouldn't miss out on the last few cute moments that are left in the last 3 episodes. I too noted some abrupt scene changes, especially after the Seul and Joon Woo part. Aside from that, was the goodbye even necessary?

Shin Hyuk was acting as if he would never see Hye Jin again. I just hope to hear more from his motivation for the novels and his upbringing. Sung Joon's the other mysterious one-how come he only ever has water in his fridge?!?! I need answers writer-nim! My take on Shin-hyuk's reveal is that he had two choices: he either keeps his identity, and so Most fails, Sung-joon (presumably) goes back to the U.S. To shame and possibly be without Hye-jin.

OR he reveals who he is, gets Most to number one, Sung-joon doesn't fail, and he can (presumably) stay in Korea and be with Hye-jin.I love that he chose the second choice because it shows that 1) he respects Sung-joon for his hard work and doesn't want to see it be done in vain, 2) he respects Hye-jin and Sung-joon's relationship and supports her happiness, and 3) he is not so petty as to think that his secret identity matters more than the success of the Most team (who, by the way, are the bomb). So all in all, Shin-hyuk, you simply rock. I knew you were Ten, and I knew you would save the day!As for the waning dramatic tension, I don't know, I'm okay with the show winding down.

I feel like this show has always been more about the quiet moments than the big dramatic ones anyway. I love that we get to see Sung-joon and Hye-jin be a normal couple (so cute!), so I really don't care to have some kind wrench thrown into their relationship, only to be solved by some deus ex machina. I hope it doesn't happen. I say let them be cute and happy these last few episodes. With the proposal thing, I mentioned last week that it didn't seem conditional to me. It was kind of like Sung-joon's to-do list. 1) Save Most, 2) Propose to Hye-jin.

He just told her what he wanted to do, in what order. We know how honest he can be. That's just his thing. And also, I actually do care whether Most succeeds or not! I adore the Most team and want to see them continue their work. I love them for having Hye-jin's back since day one and for not being the typical gossipy workplace stock characters you see in other shows. Same, i also care about the most team.

And i agree this show has been more about quite moments then dramatics. I mean it doesnt have any sort of villainy, makjang, 2nd femle and male lead being clingy and crazy, extreme noble idiocy and annoying as heck misunderstanding thats gets dragged out. The show has forgone these elements we see in tons of in dramas.i always got a feel good, slice of life vibe from SWP, and its a really refreshing watch. Whats awesome is we see the characters grow and change and on top of that its actually great to have a couple form a bit earlier then last ep. I sometimes dont like the coupling getting together right at the end cause we dont get to see them actually being a couple, being happy and content and seeing that dynamic in that respect. I hope that both kim reporters will still write for MOST magazine after this crisis. According to SJ, they are really skilled.I am not surprised that SH is Ten.

Let's not forget that Siwon's korean name is 'ten won' verbally. Also, in the earlier episodes, HJ's voiceover of 'some people appearance will make a large difference in future', and also, his interesting and unpredictable style matches with Ten's interesting writing style.I am more surprised that Poong Ho is the nephew. I thought the nephew and Ten will be the same person, and that even if they are not the same person, i expected SJ or even the cute maknae more. I rarely come to comment but now i can't forget what my sister commented in previous recap.65 mido November 2nd, 2015 at 2:21 AMOkay after long thinking i can match the pieces, If the rumors are really true:Ten must be shin hyuk, if some one going to die it must be sung joon. Shin hyuk always says that hye jin is pretty (her heart)shin hyuk is writing this story about sung joon and hye jin’s love.few years later he will publish this book “she was pretty” he will accompany hye jin who is devastated with sung joon’s death.how is my imagination:)I will hope her imagination won't come true.anyway this is going to end, i think i need more, at least 20 episodes. I really love this drama. Such a fast recap, Girlfriday!

Thank you!Loved this episode! The last few episodes were kinda difficult for me to watch because Hye Jin and Sung Joon got together and Shin Hyuk was sad; but today's episode had a lot of laughs, more Most Team, and the big reveal; so it was nice.

Poong Ho as the nephew was a total surprise for me. Shin Hyuk seemed more like the nephew than Poong Ho.Shin Hyuk is just great- nice, hilarious, talented, and adorable (Like you said, Si Won is doing the character really well.). Want to know more about his Ten persona and his background in the next episode. Hye Jin should just get together with Shin Hyuk. But then again, they are great as best friends.

Writernim, please don't make Shin Hyuk look sad. Please! The Most Team is cute and funny!Kinda wanted to see a possible relationship between Shin Hyuk and Ha Ri but looks like that won't be happening.Looking forward to tomorrow's episode! Recap available!!!!!Thank you so much girlfriday for the recap!I feel the same way about recent developments - there is not much of drama or conflict to sustain interest.it is as if the series lost steam (but still watchable!)The storyline seems not as exciting relative to earlier episodes!EXCEPT for today's episode! I was energized by the revelations today!!! WOW WOW WOW - That twist was unexpected and the build up was done so well too! Even though we all have our own guesses on who the mysterious Ten and chaebol are, but boy this was still fun to watch!

Even if we guessed it correctly, it still delivered the emotions and managed to get me into tears of sadness and happiness! That is no easy task when I thought this drama lost me in the last episodes.I absolutely adore Shin Hyuk's last public outing with Jackson.

He was more excitable than usual which means he was hiding more sadness than usual. There was an underlining sadness to the entire outing - they were in a childhood wonderland - should be gleeful and all and to cheer up Jackson. But, I just sensed something is coming but I was not prepared for the goodbye at the end of the day.

Kim Shin Hyuk's 'Jokeu Jokeu' about wanting to be her classmate or kiss her - was all true statements but he knows he cannot say those words without making their friendship strained. When he said 'Be Well' - I just teared up for him. When he thanks Hye Jin (calling her by name instead of Jackson) - smiling gently while fighting back tears, but you could see tears welling up in his eyes. He is not one to show his weakness to anybody, which makes this very sad.To Shin Hyuk - his relationships with everybody he cares about will never be the same again once he is known as Ten. Is he leaving Most after the interview? Will Shin Hyuk aka Ten be all about business and seriousness?

What about the fun? Will Ten be fun too? That is why I am hanging on to the next episode.

But can this excitement last for two episodes???? I am going to miss the Most team after next Wednesday.I happily trade early reveal so we can get the cute before the show is over. Often time, the end of a show always feel like it's on acid to me. Couple solve problem, clarify confusion, correct misunderstanding, reveal secrets, make up, clean up and live happily ever after within the last 5 minutes!!

I am always like, couldn't you saved some of those hours of silent staring time in the earlier episodes so we can have a decent 20 minutes ending?? Thanks for the recaps GF! Glad to read you here! I like how the main storyline was resolved so fast and we have been spared the angst-so far! But as you said it feels like there isn't much plot anymore.

The first love found after 15 years and reversals story has turned into an office drama. And it seems it's purely to show us how Sung Joon has developped and learned through the Most-like the writer is pointing out that hey SJ has character development here! This episode felt like scenes pasted together, with no flow or logic to the sequences. But yes, at least we get the cute! Even Hari's character is showing growth, but the execution seems just too in your face.look, I'm going to be independent now.we don't see it but it's what's supposed to be happening.it does feel like this is all now just fan service driving to the end. And if there are any major surprises in the last two episodes, it will be like-how did we get from here to there with episodes like today's. I feel this could have been a greater drama, and I am left with PSJ is cute, CSW is funny and driving the show, HWE is likeable and has great chemistry with both.

I think I am still watching because PSJ is cute. The plot has been thin since the beginning but this show has got an appeal to keep me going like no other. And I guess the point of proposing later is it's just Sung-joon wants to solve his business first before settling down. And also I love that basketball scene.

Hwang Jung-eum and Park Seo-joon has a great chemistry, but I didn't see it as much as in that moment. Totally felt giddy when Hye-jin kissed his side of the face, and he said 'Let's go home!'

I swear there are sparks everywhere. This is rom-com, and I really want a happy ending. Only 2 episodes left i don't know how the writer will end it, everything is solved.

May be another twist, but we don't have much time to solve another twist.considering write's past works ending is still fishy.I hope our onion couple will have happy ending, and i like how yeol girl found her true love than looking for a rich.i am going to miss them so badly.i hope PSJ and HJE will do another project together or separately with out waiting us much time.Btw PSJ must rest well after this drama, from 6th episode he looks worn out. This story will be nice if it ends this week. I cant see anymore plot for 2 more episodes or else the writer may want to add someone is sick, which I hope not.I hope this drama wont forget to tackle on some issues like SJ maybe doesn't eat because he might be traumatic to gain weight, or about SH problems for eg? This show has been revolved around MOST mostly, while i am enjoying MOST team, how i wish they will has some other issues. The thing is,when HJ start to become pretty again, i already started to feel the boredom.

Skip everything without Shin Hyuk ^^The goodbye date and the goodbye make me sad. And I am watching it without subtitle. Don't cry orabeoni. Siwon played the character so well.

Indo

He is so believable. I am emotionally connected with his character. I predicted and hope he is Ten.

He is the right person with the personality to be Ten. Cleanly shaved and bold in suit - that's uri orabeoni! Can't Scratchy New Director save Most? He works with these people. He knows how hard it everybody work. Although the amusement park scene was fun, there was an underlying sadness in Shin Hyuk and I didn´t really see how it helped move the plot, but then that´s who Shin Hyuk is - the spontanious pirate, honest to boot. 'I like you as a person' is the best thing you can say to someone who tends to feel insecure about everything.

(oh, oops, I wrote that with capital letter because of Siwons halloween costume)But please don´t let Park Seo Joon speak any more engrish. Aaargh why so unbearableI called the nephew right, ha. With all the predictable things, that was the most predictable. Aw, I think PSJ's English was fine. He at least looked like he understood what he was saying. On the other hand, I do imagine casting situations like this for many actors:PD: So this character you'll be playing will have an interesting arc from the beginning to the end.Actor: Good.PD: He/She is not he/she seems, but in the end, the viewers will come to understand him/her.Actor: Sounds good.

I've been wanting to play more complex characters.PD: Your character will also be involved in a really beautiful relationship. This romance will be completely different from what we've seen before.Actor: I like that.PD: You'll get paid a lot of money.Actor: Let's do it.PD: Oh, by the way, your character spent a large part of their life in America, so you'll have to speak English as if you are fluent in it.Actor: (soul leaves body in small wisps from gaping mouth) Uh, okay.? Omega, meet Ten.

I will miss scruffy Choi Si Won as much as I miss curly-haired Hwang Jung Eum. I was one for two. I never considered the chaebol nephew could be Poong Ho or Joon Woo; it was always either Sung Joon or Shin Hyuk being both Ten and Nephew for me. Shin Hyuk's terminal illness-like last day with Hye Jin made it seem like he would be the new vice president.

Just because he came out as Ten does not mean their friendship would change. On the contrary, if he were Vice President, it may be harder to stay friends, though not impossible.I can't believe I'm saying this but our OTP got together too early (in episode 12 nonetheless). The writers seriously believed saving Most could carry this story through three episodes, which is why the plot is at a standstill now. I am still upset Sung Joon did not get upset at Hye Jin for lying to him.

That kind of angst would have at least made sense, since the theme of this drama was hidden pictures. I love when Hye Jin was patting him and crying 'poor baby' because Sung Joon has become so depressed lately, it is hard to watch. I'm glad you got to chime in with your thoughts, girlfriday, because I agree, crack, it is no longer, but all good things must come to an end. Thanks for your recap!

The typical K-drama couple gets together around episode 9-10, then break up the next episode, followed by a bout of Noble Idiocy for two or three episodes, then miraculously overcome that bout (usually in a wtf way), end up together in the last episode, time moves ahead five years, and they get married and have babies.Okay, maybe I'm slightly exaggerating:) But I thank the writer for not letting our OTP go through that crap. Their relationship was a natural progression. He confessed, she thought it through before jumping in, they got together, they support each other in their work, they talk all night, they hold hands, they are honest with each other about their dreams and goals. I mean, this is perfection for me.When I watch dramas, I'm always going, 'Why can't they just be happy?!' This is the first drama to listen to me, so I'm taking it in with great appreciation. Super fast recap! Thank you, girlfriday.

I have to admit that SH plays his goofy, dorky, and funny characters very well here. But, after all these episodes, among his serious facial expressions, this one is what I like the most: while he's driving his car after spending a whole day at the amusement park with HJ.

I like it because it's not too much, simple but covers his emotions. After the military service, I hope you'll get a role opposite to yours here. The plot is just so so, but maybe I still appreciate it because sometimes, it's not the plot that matters, it's about how the actors and actresses deliver their roles.

I think I agree with @Simone (one of the comments above) that it's more on character-driven drama rather than plot-driven one. I'm okay with who Ten finally is because SH pays subtle attention to anyone talking about Ten in the office, but PH becomes the nephew is.ehm.ehm. I just can't relate anything from him being a clue for who he really is. Okay, forget it. The only one ever consider the possibility is Han Seul. Two episodes left (seems to be stress-relieving and all about cute things than anticipated ones).

This drama makes me love the cast for the first time. Okay, I'm a fan of super funny Super Junior Full House show, but this is my first Siwon's drama.

I also had previously watched Witch's Romance, but it didn't really left me any effect. I checked back the drama after watching SWP, and I was like, 'Oh my God, PSJ is the male lead.' As for Hwang Jung Eum, I should check her works.Cheers! Kill Me, Heal Me was much more intense than this drama. I think with that intensity, everything was heightened a lot more, a lot more dire. This drama requires a different kind of chemistry, more subtle, less dramatic, more comfortable. If you compare Hwang Jung-eum and Ji-sung's chemistry in both Secret and Kill Me, Heal Me, there's a definite difference in both intensity and tone. In Secret, it was like, 'Oh my god, I need to shower five hundred times, that was so uncomfortably hot,' whereas in Kill Me, Heal Me, less showers were needed.Whether you like the different kind of chemistry is completely your personal taste, of course.

I like the chemistry here and I think it fits very well within the tone of this show. Thank you for the recap girlfriday!I think the most entertaining moment for me was Seul nd joon woo, I couldn't stop laughing at that scene, so cheesy to l watch. It's good that the writer is focusing on creating good interesting characters but where is the challenge, the angst. The only thing I can think will be an issue is sung joon leaving to back to America and then reuniting. I'm also disappointed that hari and shin hyuk's friendship seemed to disappear. Hopefully we can see more of them together. Also hye-jin wasn't it her dream to be a children's author? I think it would be more interesting after this episode that there was a time jump and everything was told through flashbacks. Also who is ten speaking to on the phone, now that he has been revealed, will he return to them?

It would be great to have these little things straightened out and surely park seo joon must be contributing to the OST?.SPAZZING!I was spazzing like a teenage girl in this whole series!!My dream on SH being Ten comes true!I dont really expect Pong Hoo as the nephwe though, but I like the twist.I think SH realize that his life is going to be totally different once he is known as a famous, internationally-acknowledged-good looking-writer, I mean, he won't be able to freely having fun just like what he just did with HJ anymore. And he probably thinks that his peers wont treat him the same way they treated him before (at least this what I think)Anyway, Siwon rocks his role!

(Shin Hyuk biased) hahahha. Shin Hyuk was another step of annoying for half this episode. He dragged around an (extremely) reluctant woman on what was practically a date without talking to the boyfriend first. Then was all wishy-washy on his Ten reveal (if he wanted to do it, he should've done it BEFORE the manuscript was submitted). This guy is entertaining, but has absolutely no respect for other people's boundaries.

Reminds me of a few really annoying people I know. The only thing that makes it understandable is that he's going to destroy his anonymity and change his life forever, but it's not really an excuse for dragging other people around. 1) I TOTALLY called Poong Ho as the heir!

They were doing toooo much with all the misdirects. But I absolutely fell for the 'Chief Editor is Ten' fake out.

She Was Pretty Hardsub Indonesia

They literally injected her into the scene every time Ten was mentioned. Awesome job on the writer's part!2) Everything else in this episode was so very boring. Nothing happened except the two reveals that we all knew wouldn't come until the last minute.3) I thought I couldn't love anything more than I love Sexy-Manchild Siwon. Until I saw Sexy-Grown-Man Siwon!!

I bit my own fingers to keep from squealing loudly at work. There better be a scene where Hye-jin is all 'I can't believe I said No to all of that!' Or I'm calling absolute shenanigans on this show. I noticed quite a lot of cute and funny scenes in this episode, especially the reenactment of the typical K-Drama scenes hahaha I love it! It's really interesting too see how this episode is trying to be very realistic by portraying the public bus scene the comical way.

Good job for that. However, I notice that in this episode, Idk if it't just me, but I think the writer is trying to put as many scenes as possible in this episode? Such that everything feels so rushed and very fast paced. Reading the comments about how nothing much can be expected from the last two episodes, may I offer my thoughts. What if the next episode gives us a time jump and we see the characters not in what we expect them to be? What if pairings change, what if the future 'present' is so different from what we imagine it to be? Then we go: No, it cannot be; what happened?

Indo

Then we will be told: This is what happened. You see, She Was Pretty.I'm still excited to watch the last episodes. Thanks to the recappers, thanks Dramabeans and thanks to all beanies who make my watching SWP more enjoyable. Hmm, honestly this drama.I felt like the excitement began in those two minutes before the end. Like others here, I knew Shin-hyuk was either the nephew or Ten. He seemed philosophical and poetic towards the latter episodes so I was leaning towards Ten. Then the last date with Hye-jin and I was scratching my head. Why so final?

Is he moving to the US?The real plot ended when Hye-jin was found out and the chemistry seemed dimmer, more subdued than I expected. My issue with the chaebol reveal was that the writer had no other options, to be honest. Poong-ho was the only one to consider done having Shin-hyuk as the chaebol would seem to surface-level for his deeply-felt 'angst'. So when they showed the two guys missing, followed by feet shots, I just sighed and accepted this weak plot twist. So now that everything has been revealed, what else is left? And with two hrs before the end.
